Mindfulness at workplace
Would you like to offer your colleagues effective helpt to deal with anxiety – without pills? Let us teach them mindfulness in a way that will make a huge difference at the workplace and help the company to grow and evolve, meet challenges, increase effectiveness, improve communication and job satisfaction.
We offer a series of 5 mindfulness sessions, each lasting 2 hours (mon-fri). We teach your company’s employees how they can use mindfulness to tackle their everyday life. The team offers short and long courses in mindfulness at the workplace. Our team comprises Certified Mindfulness Teachers who are a medical doctor, a physiotherapist, a wholistic PhD and an airline captain.
Our Mindfulness programme awards CPD credits.
